DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Yes! You can get a gift card for a certain dollar amount or buy an entire box and redeem it in the future.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
Yes! we accept all major credit cards, as well as paypal, Venmo, and cashapp.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of our bins, we do not accept returns. However, you will receive a photo before you receive your bin to make sure everything is as you like.
CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOM BINS?
Yes! We love to make custom bins. pick your base or you color of rice, your theme, add ins and more. Prices will vary based on availability of product.
WHAT AGES DO YOUR RECOMMEND?
We start our rice bins about two and half to three years of age due to small pieces. Parental guidance is recommended. The fun is endless so it's great for all ages above 3.
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?
My dough ingredients include flour, salt, cream of tartar, organic coconut oil, food grade coloring. Some of our dough may contain spice which will be listed in the product description. We also may occasionally use other food safe ingredients such as beans, oats, lentils, cocoa, or graham crackers. I believe no person should ever be left behind so if your child has an allergy to anything above, we are happy to custom make a batch of dough or a bin specific to your child's needs.
WHAT ABOUT THE MESS?
We like to see pass the mess and see the learning that's being done. In our house we have three rules. 1. No mouth 2. No throwing 3. No dumping. If any of these occur, we use the "uh oh" song and try later. That can be 10 minutes, tomorrow, or days from when you remove the bin. Kids quickly learn the rules and boundaries set within these rules. Rice is very easy to vacuum.
HOW LONG SHOULD YOUR PRODUCTS LAST?
Our dough should last 4-6 months with proper storage. This play dough is homemade, so salt crystals are normal to form, just knead them back into the dough. If your dough becomes too dry mist with water and continue to knead. Our Sensory bins should go the distance. If you ever need a refill on your bin base, just email us and we would be happy to get a new bag sent over.
