SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How We Do It
Most items are shipped within two days of orders being placed. We ship USPS priority mail unless otherwise requested. You should receive tracking number as soon as the label has been printed .
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our product returns are difficult unless they are fully sealed and unopened however if you do have a problem with your product, please reach out so I can do my best to correct it.
WARRANTY AT SENSORY MADE SIMPLE
Our Policy
Our playdough kits should be good for 6 months or longer if properly stored in an air tight constainer. Salt crystals are normal to form on the surface and mix back in very easily. If dough sits out and dries, you may spritz it with some water and work it back in to freshen it up.
Sensory bin filler will stand the test of time! Keep in a dry place and you're good to go.
